IFM has always been committed to high quality products and services. High quality that is backed by proven business and production processes.

In 2000, IFM received official ISO quality assurance certification under UNI EN ISO 9001:1994 and in 2003 under UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 better known as “Vision 2000”.

International ISO quality assurance certification has provided IFM with an effective tool to organize the company according to internationally accepted guidelines. In particular, implementing and maintaining a quality assurance system has allowed us to:

assure that critical production and service processes are accurately monitored
identify and study the causes of any discrepancy in processes
check and correct discrepancies and ensure constant improvement
keep the entire product life cycle under control (from R&D to Customer Care) to optimize resources and maximize customer satisfaction

During 2007, in order to pursue a continuous improvement of processes and corporate structure, IFM Infomaster declared the will to activate an Environment Management System for its productive site in Catania.

In february 2008, the EMS has been completed and in june 2008 it has been certificated as in compliance with the norm UNI EN ISO 14001:2004.
