In May 2005, IFM Infomaster acquired 51% of Revos Italia. This has enabled IFM to improve and expand the quality and quantity of solutions they provide.
Vertical solutions for every customer need has stemmed from Revos, which was created as a development tool on the Microsoft platform. These solutions, which are constantly being further developed, have become actual finished products that are embedded in Phones.
Below is a brief description of the products developed by Revos. It is also possible to see the technical sheet for each one :
HDM - Help Desk Management.
Suitable for any type of company or public body that needs to computerize and automate the management of incoming notices (trouble tickets from technological systems or from people, for business contexts or social and aid contexts).
SFA - Sales Force Automation.
Enables automated management of the sales force, management of customer relations, prospects and/or leads, as well as management of opportunities, work-orders, proposals and maintenance services. It is also possible and simple to manage directories/users/profiles for Web-based interfaces used by internal staff and customers and manage customer events (meetings, email, demos, conference calls).
CMR - Contact Management Revos.
Designed for the contact center/CRM division of any company that performs inbound/outbound operations, customer acquisition and management, stipulation of contracts of any kind, survey management and data collection with trend flow on prospects or customers.
CATI - Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing.
Designed for any company needing to perform outbound CATI operations with a dynamic and flexible structure. The product makes it possible to perform an interview with automatic management of proposals and provides agents with scripts to manage questions in different modes (single, multiple, open, outlines, text).
TLS - Teleselling.
Designed for any company needing to perform outbound sales operations with a dynamic and flexible structure. The product enables you to make sales using the shopping cart and confirm orders by the back-office.
TMK - Telemarketing.
Designed for any type of contact center that performs inbound/outbound operations with a dynamic structure. The product enables contact with acquired customers and to make appointments with agents in a simple and effective manner.
HRM - Human Resource Management.
Designed for any type of company that wishes or has to manage and plan the organization of human resources with immediate effect. Thanks to this tool it is possible to organize staff and cover all possible roles necessary to carry out a complex project.
SDK - Software Development Kit.
This is the flagship product of Revos. It resides on any application and enables changes to structure, features, logic and templates directly from the Web-based interface. It enables Revos interaction with any other application and can be used also by users without programming skills. |
